Let’s have a look at the sentence variations before looking at the intra-sentence spinning variations. So those articles have 3 variations for each sentence.
3^30 = 205,891,132,094,649 unique variations (but wait, in practice it is much lower as we will explain below).
Here is an example before intra-sentence spinning, just to showcase sentence variations:

Each sentence has on average 3 inner groups containing 3 variations each, meaning that each sentence can generate 27 sub-variations (3*3*3).
The total number of unique variations one of those articles can generate is then 3^30 * 27 = 5,559,060,566,555,523
But WAIIIIT!
This is where other sellers of spin-ready articles usually stop! 
They show you the big numbers but they do not tell you that in this calculation the 2 following sentences would be considered UNIQUE:
1. Everybody knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a nutritious and balanced diet and get a proper amount of exercise.
2. Everyone knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a nutritious and balanced diet and get a proper amount of exercise.

So to be on the “MORE THAN SAFE” side instead of using the POWER function we prefer to use the MULTIPLICATION. These articles can then generate at least 3*30*27 = 2,430 unique articles. Much less impressive right?
But we do not stop here, actually…

Let’s have a look at the number of possible variations we can create with the use of the MTUSPs:

If we place an MTUSP for the header, the middle paragraph and the footer we multiply the number of unique variations of the spinnable articles by 125*125*125 = 1,953,125
So the total number of unique variations we can create is 2,430 * 1,953,125 = 4,746,093,750
